What materials are used to create your products?
In every design I create only premium quality materials are used such as cotton, taffeta, velvet sequin fabric, silk florals, satin ribbons, and embellishments. Our goal is to make sure that the design you receive will last for years to come.
Are the hats suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, the hats are suitable for outdoors. We don't use paper materials on our products since we know that they could be worn outside. Everything we make our products with can be worn in the weather.
Can I order something custom made?
Yes, we love to do custom orders. We can do any color palette or theme you would like.
Processing time for custom custom designs can take up to 2 -3 weeks depending on when the supplies for that specific design comes in.
Payment in full is required before making the design. We do not make the design without any payment or down payment. The reason why we do this is because we have had too many people not pay at all or the remainder when there was a deposit and we were stuck trying to sell a design that was made specifically for someone else.
Once the design is completed a picture will be sent to you for approval or to see if anything needs to be changed.

How do I care for my hats to keep it looking fresh?
To keep your hat looking great for years to come is you can keep it in the box it came in so dust won't get on it, or you can display it on a hat stand if you like. I use a crystal candle stick and it looks beautiful. You will need to dust it regularly to keep it looking new. Dust buildup will dull the item and make it look old. Do not put it in the washing machine. If you need to clean it use a damp towel and brush away the area that needs to be cleaned.
What size hats do you offer?
We offer one size in the tricone hats. The size is in the description of the item. We also offer Micro mini top hats, which is 3" tall, on certain designs. We also offer Small 3.5" tall, Medium 4.5" tall, and Large 5.5" sizes on most mini top hats. It all depends on what you are looking for.
Can hats be used for indoor decor as well?
Yes, absolutely. I have had a lot of customers that use my top hats inside wreaths, centerpieces, other floral designs, or just putting them on a really nice stand as an accent piece. They are very versatile and can be used in a variety of ways.
What should I do if my item is damaged during shipping?
That is a good question. While we pack every design very carefully with lots of padding we can't control the shipping carrier and their lack of handling the package. In a case where your item comes to you damaged we do have a return/exchange/refund policy that you can go over. If you still have questions please let us know.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges if this is something we carry continually in our shop. If the design is a one of a kind we do not do returns or exchanges since most likely it's not something we can remake. If it is something where we can find the materials to make another one we can do an exchange. Each scenario is different.
If we carry multiples of the same item then we can exchange it for you if the one you received is damaged.
We only do exchanges in that instance and we do not do returns. We do have a refund policy that explains our refunds and exchanges.
The reason we don't do returns is we have had people that have used one of our designs for an event and then try to return it. We don't play that game here.
What is the best attachment for a hat?
That is a good question and it's going to depend on the person and what it's being used for. First let me explain what the attachment is. The attachment is the item used in the way it would be worn. So the attachments is one of 4 items:
* No Attachment
* Headband
* Alligator Clips
* Elastic
Most people like the alligator clips or the headband if they are going to wear it. If someone is using it for a wreath or centerpiece it is usually ordered with no attachment at all.
